Exchange and Return

You have a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. 

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, BOLID’STER will pay the shipping cost back to the customer.

The returned item(s) must be new, unused and unwashed, with their original label and in their perfectly intact, original packaging. 

Would you like to exchange an item ?

The size or the model don’t suit you? You’d like to exchange it for another size?

Please follow these steps to make an exchange request :

Send an email to info@bolidster.com indicating the following elements 

• Reason for the exchange 
• Model, size and serial number of the returned product
• Desired size (Take your measurements as indicated in our size guide).

Following this email, we will indicate the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable, you will have to wait for new stock to arrive.  An estimated delivery date will then be communicated to you. 

We will then send you an exchange form to be printed and inserted in the return package and we will give you the address to return the product. 

We remind you that returned items must be new, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. In addition, the product must be returned to us within 6 days of receipt of the e-mail with the exchange form. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return from your home to BOLID’STER. BOLID’STER will bear the cost of returning the replacement jeans to you.

Your exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days following receipt of the package and the availability of the product in stock. 

Would you like a refund? 

We refund any products that don’t suit you.

To make a request for a return, please send an email to info@bolidster.com with the following items:  

• Reason for return 
• Model, size and serial number of the returned product

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an email with a return form to be printed and inserted in the package. We will then send you information on how to return the product and the shipping address. 

The refund of your order will be made via the payment method used when ordering.

If a purchase is made at a special rate thanks to a promotional code, the refund will be made entirely in vouchers.

Return delivery charges and customs duties are at your expense. 

The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest from the date on which the Customer expressed their right of withdrawal.
